I normally hate working out, but this workout is fun! I like the dim lighting and the upbeat music that is actually good music and not rave music like some places. Both of those things made it so that I did not have a headache by the time I left. And also super challenging! I like going with a buddy because it's motivating to try to get more splat points than them! Instructors and staff are so nice and encouraging. I also like how as soon as one part of my body was startin to really feel it we would move on to another exercise to give it a rest a bit. I have been telling everyone about it! Looking forward to getting into the best shape of my life!

I enjoy the group workout but the coaches are great about also making you feel like it's a "one on one" session. Definitely the best workout out there.
