Front desk clerk was a rude and I didn’t not feel welcome at all. Came in for a room for work that weekend and was a bit disgruntled at the fact that she was treating me like a child. Mind, I am in my mid 20’s and am just there for work. She kept repeating herself about policy and if I were to party in the room then I would get the cops called on me and I would not receive a refund. That being said, I was displeased with the customer service that generally “ is the biggest part of any business”. She was a middle aged Indian woman that made me feel that I was not welcome. Overall, the room was decently clean, and just sub par for the night. The WiFi was slow but the beds were comfortable enough for a short nights sleep.
