This was best visit this I've had a positive outcome since purchasing my Lincoln MKX and previous service maintenance. I will say this "My service advisor Michael" has put me at ease and looking forward to my next service experience.
He got me in and out as promised. He advised my of potential needs of service. When I explained I was aware of terms of my service contract he got input from he colleague whom pointed out a slight error and immediately corrected it.
Additionally, there was an overlooked item in which he called down to find out it hadn't been done, Michael immediately took to task to correct it and not allow me to take possession of my vehicle until his service request was completed.
My next scheduled appointment for follow up I look forward to Michael being my go-to service advisor!
