Used to be a quality establishment. My most recent experience has been that when I call to schedule service, I only ever get voicemail and I never get a call back. The experience before that: They charged me for a diagnostic fee, told me my fuel cap was not secure, engine light came back on as I was driving home from the dealership, later I took it somewhere else and they resolved the problem. It wasn't the fuel cap. Looking for some place else to take my V6, because the other Mitsubishi Dealership in the area is much worse.
