Super excited to have a Burmese spot in the neighborhood.... And it's delicious?!?! Double SCORE! The samosas are falvorful and crunchy, piping hot. Everything fresh, made to order and served w/ a smile ☺

Initially I was to buy a couple of things at Sun Valley mall before heading back to Vegas. Then at stoplight glanced over and saw Aung Maylika banner. That basically made me turn towards their lot. First thing I noticed is there's more choices than their other location, this includes lunch and dinner. They sat me down with laminated menu, but I already knew what I wanted. Food came on time and service is excellent. Burmese milk tea is tasty and interesting with claims of tea leaves imported from Burma. Whether that was the case or not, it sure was delicious with distinctive flavors especially on a rainy day. Tea leaf rice salad has nice flavors and texture top off with shredded fried onions. For dessert I went gun-ho going with what I know best about sticky rice. You get three flavors of ice cream to choose from and I got green tea. Served in a cast iron skillet and wooden plank, this is fabulous. Rice weren't broken or sticking just generous clumps of rice that really goes well with ice cream. Can't go wrong here if you're familiar with Burmese food.
