I would never ever use this service again! They were so quick to delivery the machine and send out the bill, but they only made one delivery. Which was the first delivery of the machine and never did I get any other delivery. I called, almost every week, same story they will be there....never showed, no water, no delivery. Plus, asked for cancellation plenty of times, to come and pick up their machine...still no action! So unprofessional on their part. Even with reaching out to higher management they can't seem to get it together. What a shame and what a rip off!

Their logistics/dispatch system either doesn't work or their delivery person is incompetent / doesn't give a crap. Ever since moving to the Walnut Creek area, they keep messing up bottle drop-offs. We set up X bottles a month plan, but they come around and drop off all the bottles all at once every visit. We tell the driver not to drop any off the next time because they dropped too many off, and he says he can't be flexible (to fix their error). Multiple calls over a 6 month period hasn't solved the issue.

This is in contrast to Sparkletts down in Pasadena where we had service for years, with no problems with them getting it right, nor with adjusting orders.
